Welcome to insula TFH

Timber frame buildings have, over their life cycle, up to 6 times less impact on the environment than concrete. InsulaTFH will drive this further, by replacing plastic and mineral fibre insulation with cellulose. InsulaTFH will use local waste material to manufacture cellulose and will develop a system for filling timber-frame wall panels. Results will be made available across Europe.
